Homemade Dune Buggy 250

This is our first test run for this totally handmade buggy.
it's basically an improved version of our previous dune buggy you can see in my videos.

The motor/tires/rear axles and brakes are from a Suzuki LT-250EF Quadrunner.Rear suspension is an homemade swingarm with a single Oldsmmobile MacPherson strut as a shock absorber.
It's capable of doing around 75 kph max.

We still (on this video) have some trouble with the transmission and with the chain tensioner so we coudln't tackle large hills without skipping chain teeths.

The center of gravity is to high and the drive shaft is to short ,you may tip over some day!!!

move the rear shock a little bit further back..

im building a buggy like yours but im having trouble designing the rear end, is your chain going straight from your axle to your motor with a chain tensioner?
