Angela Mao - Bench Technique

Angela Mao Ying demonstrates her "bench technique" in this clip from the 1977 movie "Revenge of the Kung Fu Mao," a.k.a. "Big Foot Mama." The story: Angela's husband has abandoned her and their child and gone off to the big city where he has gotten involved with a criminal horse-racing ring. Angela sets out to find him and bring him home. In this scene, she tries to get his attention by interfering with one of the horse races. Unfortunately, this print of the film is not of very good quality, it is dubbed in English, and has blurry Spanish subtitles ... but the fighting is still fun to watch! Regarding the alternate title: Early in the film, Angela sings a song about being a simple country girl with big feet and a big appetite. It appears that those big feet come in handy (pun intended!) when doing kung fu!
