Nichole Kidman in the early 90's...mmmmmmmmmm fuck yeah.

I still have a soft spot for Batman forever...yeah it was part of the trajectory that led to Batman and Robin but you know...that wasn't inevitable. I liked Returns but I could see why people thought it too dark and I thought that adopting a more campy tone was another reference to Batman past. The first two were trying to recover the original dark origin of the character and this one was referencing the campy sixties show which is still a part of Batman history and should be recognised.

Jim Carrey Riddler? Awesomë! Favourite villians.

I agreed,
Kilmer feels like Bruce Wayne and batman the most,
Clooney feels like Bruce but not batman.
Keaton looks a little bit old and tired all the time.
Bale.....I just can't figure out why they want a British to play an American hero....

@N2DEEP818 you're right about that. Joel Schumacher's first movie is sick, but the second one is shit.

val kilmer was a great batman, more handsome and interesting than keaton clooney and bale. sorry but this was a good movie.

@retrofann1 It's actually out now that the gargly voice was Nolan's fault during post production. Bale initially used his BB Batman voice while filming TDK but Nolan played with the audio. As I said in another post, I hope he paid attention to the complaints and won't do it again for TDKR.

@xJoeEDangerouslyx I half agree with you on Returns. If one really listens to the dialogue, yeah, it is almost as bad as B&R imo. Luckily, however (and unlike B&R), it was saved by the actors' performances. While watching these documentaries recently, I really wish now that WB had gotten Paul Dini and the other writers from BTAS to write the Schumacher movies. B&R was just bad. How the Batchlers and Goldsman became Hollywood screenwriters in the first place is beyond me.

@ToXicTubeTV Um, Bruce a pussy in this one? You do remember that this was the only movie of the original 4 that showed Bruce actually fighting the main villain's henchmen out of the batsuit. Now, I will say that that was completely out of character. But it was still kinda cool.
