I really appreciate when you guys review books like Morning Glories. I have a tiny comic shop in my area that primarily focuses on gaming, marvel, and dc. I would never hear about books like if it wasn't for you guys!

just lost a lot of respect for pete...just because there isnt an explosion on every page and not everybodys happy he thinks morning glories is crap- i dont understand his logic

The new Flash book has been a huge disappointment for me. I was really looking foward to it, but the first three issues basically just repeated the same plot (Renegades show up, try to capture Flash, he escapes, performs lame super-speed feat). Issues #4-5 were an improvement as they actually moved the story forward, but the conclusion in #6 was a let down. Not very exciting at all. The art is great, but the story needs a lot more work.

Im loving Morning Glories. I think its spun out is to give a better story. They could spead it up but would it be as good? Im not too sure. It's defintely different. Not that ive been reading comics for terribly long! Keep up the good reviews guys! Your loyal Scottish fan! :)
