In this video Lynn Tucker walks the viewer through the process of adding a colour to the knitting work, as in stripes, while carrying the original colour through the back of the work by weaving it through the stitches as they are being created. • Hi, can you do a video on entrelac knitting please ? Please respond back when you get a chance to do so , thanks alot.

  • @busyhappyknitter It will be a while before I put an entrelac project up. But seeing this is an interest I think I will set up a knit along when I do. Look toward the summer for that....

  • wow ! Great video! what brand + gauge are those needles? I have looked everywhere for tehm, and ppl keep trying to just get me on circular needles-yuk! where did you find the neeedles and the yarn you use? details please :)

  • Hi Wax 1803 thanks for the replies. I am on med leave after a serious injury and a surgery. I hope to be back producing videos and typing posts soon. I promise to create a few blog posts with videos as soon as I get back to it. I will do some basic stuff like reading pattern etc. Thanks

  • Could you tell me what size needles you are using here and what brand yarn? It looks so soft and thick. Thanks.

  • The size of needles int his pic are 12mm I got them at walmart in a cheap bin. The yarn is Sirdar Big Softee. Big softee is a nice yarn for a beginner and all the patterns are good. But the patterns are translated to English so sometimes they are confusing. I recommend folks recopy Sirdar patterns out in long hand to help understand the instructions better.
