Some acoustic improv at the store on a blisteringly cold Friday evening. Filmed by the one and only official JR Guitars videographer (my 8 year old daughter) Skye Robinson. You're the best!

Recorded using an Epiphone EJ200NA plugged into a Marshall 100DFX with a Fishman NEO-D passive Acoustic guitar pickup.

is there any hum in the pickup?

@C00KIEMON It's a humbucking pickup so no. It is quieter than the active version though.

Jay, I have played Breedloves @ 600 USD that sound better than 1700 USD Martins @ Guitar Center. Epiphone put out a rally cheap 200 USD from a new China plant that was really good quality. Can't remember the mod. #.

I have been thinking of getting an Epiphone. I wonder what you think is a good model at the cheap end of the scale? I tend to like purchasing guitars that deliver well despite costing very little.
