What's it going to take to get

20Amps at 240V, or 5KW

(this will run a home's central air conditioner)

it will take the right coil and inductance

to tap into the resonance frequency of the earth i am thinking of running an insulated wire with the tower plates at the top of the hill and from there running a long wire down the hill and plugging the other

end of the circiut to the earth at the bottom of the hill on a 90 ft hill volts out = 3ft = 100 volts

so 90ft = 3000 volts on our static tower per sq inchenough to make a spark through air and be stepped down to a higher current

so you have a van de graff generator making static then the symbols are capturing the static. then the spark gaps are pulsing the static.then you are running it through a step down transformer, to increase the amperes.

cool. also I think you should put a voltmeter on the output of your transformer so we can see the voltage.

hooked to a tesla coil (ac) and the lightning storms are just spark gaps

and so we just tap in and convert

So, you're taking all power in through the cymbal? I'm just a bit confused because it looks like you've got a power source. Certainly the ion generator is plugged in. I understand that those happen n nature, but I could use a diagram explaining the flow and maybe a reading or two showing voltage/amps, etc. You might have this somewhere and I'm just late, but a link would be cool. Keep on tweakin man, thanks.

interesting work-try finding a matched capacitance for the high amps side of the air core transformer.

also better insulation of your cymbal or "elevated capacity".

try them on wooden sticks instead of cymbal stands.

a lego rack and pinion with brass door knobs make good high capacitance adustable spark gaps also

and check out the cap and vacuum spark tube in flourescent tube starters.
