I recently bought this 4 unit building with a partner of mine as a short sale. It took about 5 months to get the sale approved through B of A. We got an excellent price of $162,500 after the banks wrote off the original debt of over 400k. I handled the remodel of each unit using many recycled materials. This newly refurbished Oakland apartment building in Jingletown is a fantastic long term investment and a great home for tenants with dog and the need to be outside. The lot and yard are huge with a lot of sun.
