@ams5995 I got the queen online if you would like a link, message me back... what state are you currently living in... yes as of right now I'm just housing my queens in test tubes they produce 1-5 eggs a day and are rapidly growing in size i have 3 queens a Myrmica Rubra, Lasius Niger and a Messor Barbarus, who are currently all laying eggs once they get to crowded i will put them in a formicarium.. the aquarium/Formicarium is for when the harvester ants get too crowded for there test tube.

i must ask, where did you get that queen ant, and...you sound very excited. i want to build an ant farm, but im not sure i like the idea of an aquarium/terrarium. i was tihnking clear plastic tubing and ...........
