If you do a 3D Movie then at least get Jon Lovitz to voice the Radio again.

How about Peter New, the VA for Big Macintosh on My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic? He sounds sort of similar - just look up "Big Macintosh speaks" on youtube.

Yeah that's the downside is Thurl Ravenscroft is passed on. Actually quite a few cast from this movie died. Thurl was the only main character though.

Toaster is referred to as a "he" in both the original film and the ...Goes to Mars sequel. Honestly, I'm not sure what to think. I mean, Toaster does act very feminine and motherly in the movies, so it would be odd for it to be a male character, however like I said, the character is clearly called a "he" in the films.

As much as I love the original, I wouldn't mind seeing it remade as long as they kept the overall tone of the original intact, and I trust Pixar enough for them to do the original justice. After all, this is the same company that gave us the Toy Story trilogy, Wall-E, Up, etc. so I think they'll do fine. Plus, they'll have to get Deanna Oliver, Tim Stack, and Jon Lovitz to reprise their characters, or it just won't be the same. Though hearing someone else voice Kirby might be too much. :(

I swear, this movie must have some sort of secret ingredient that has it lodged in your cerebellum for ages.

I would think people would be reluctant to see Pixar movies because they're tired of CGI.
