II hate the term "Fake Baby" These are life like reborn dolls. "reborn" is a term that was used when these dolls first started being created. Regular play dolls were used and were "reborn" to look like a real baby. Taken apart, repainted, hair rooted, new cloth body, etc.
I don't collect them, I create them for high end doll collectors that can appreciate a work of art when they see it.
The photos are creatively taken to make the dolls apear as real as possible when listing them for sell/adoption. I don't have parties for them, I don't feed them and bathe them, Etc.
They don't grow, they don't eat, drink, poop, pee, cry, or anything else. Some of the commments I have gotten are posted by complete morons so excuse them, I don't have time to moderate and don't have the energy to defend myself or my collectors to ignorant people. Thanks for looking..

NO! These are vinyl dolls. They have never been alive and no part of a real baby is used when making them. They are just sculpt and painted to look real.

Gorgeous babies! I bought my first reborn baby recently and love her--it's so fun to pretend you have a real baby! I know these aren't for everybody but I'm a doll collector and appreciate what a work of art they are--they really are special and in a category all their own. And the nice thing is that when you're busy or want to focus on other dolls, you can just set them down and ignore them. Unlike a real baby! But they really are as close to real as you're going to get. So fun!

Okay everyone is soo judgemental...my mum makes these dolls for a living, and shes had them in tv adverts, magazines, and theatre because its safer than having a real newborn.

The thing that most of you dont understand is that these dolls are used as a therapy tool for women who have lost babies or cant have babies....and you know what its their money so they can do whatever they want because its got nothing to do with any of u... so to those judgementals..get a life and stop being so harsh!!!!
