I'm an American and love TMB... I don't see it as "British humor".. I just see it as humor... it's just fucking funny... Just like I don't understand when Americans say they love "british humor" and leave it at that... Because there are loads of crap shows that come out of England as well... just as there's tons of crap shows in the US. But Americans think they're hip if they understand the idioms and the vernacular and all that.

@HeavenlyValo I didnt exactly write a thesis, I just wondered if americans would get that kind of humour, but seems some they do. Although seems to me TMB remain far from a massive phenomenon in america, yet again, perhaps you could say that they arent really huge in england either. they're just a cult show with plenty of loyal followers, regardless of nationalities. I did overanalise that last bit
