Thank you for this informative video. I just found out that I am allergic to wheat and corn as well as soy and peanuts, so I am navigating a new landscape with food and just bought amaranth for the first time today and am excited to dive into its culinary diversity. Wait a minute now.....you are too good a presenter to just do this. Was this on visual cue cards? memory? Ear Promtper? or what?
