@raaadja99 I agree. This was definitely one of the better acted "Vissi d'arte" I've seen. Beautiful display of Tosca's despair.

This was perfectly acted. It might have been sung in a bit subtler way (too much of a voice in parts) but overall great.

You are quite right. I meant Jezibaba.The aria of Tosca includes rather high notes. Why should it be sung in such a deep voice?

They have taken this down a half step or two....I really liked it until she got to her high notes, then she lost me. Great vocal tone...but she doesn't sound like a true soprano.

Doing the aria kneeling is just right. She is 100 times more believable than the average soprano.
