Hi - Brian Henderson here. This is a quick video of my latest creation - a portable Super Nintendo with a case custom designed by me and cut with a laser cutter. I finally got the audio amp working, which was the final hurdle in getting this project finished! I plan on making several more portables much like this, so if you are interested in ordering one keep an eye out for my next video!

  • @joedog86 how much do these usually cost you to build along with polycase(DOT)com and just in general? i am thinking about starting to portablize and mod my gc and snes but don't have that much money right now, i will when i get a job after i turn 15 but still want to know how to do these kinds of things. also i know really nothing of the keyboards, what wires go where, or what i can take off or not. keep up the great work by the way :D

  • @7fulgore7 To do it up right, it usually costs around $200 for the supplies alone. It's a fun hobby, but it won't make you rich! :D

  • @xXViewtifulJoeXx Yes, take a look at my newest video :D

  • when is the next vid for this coming out?

  • When I get off my lazy rear and finish it :D I haven't worked on it at all since I made this video. Stupid life and work and obligations - they're getting in the way of my hobbies!

  • Awesome design! Four questions though:

    1. Does it have a video-out jack, so one could potentially play it on a screen, like an actual SNES?

    2. Is it region locked, ie would it be able to play imported games from Japan, etc?

3 & 4. How much are you charging, and how much for shipping to the UK? =P

  • U should make a Super portible with a GBA, GBC and NES or SNES

  • what kind of soldering iron do you

    use? My radioshack multiwatt one

does not work well at all.

    THanks, i am almost done

    with my own ;D

  • @joedog86 not really trying to get rich off of these, if i do successfully make these than i would keep them to myself. only if i have extras, just plain want to make another, or someone really wants one and has a good buying range-standard than that would be the time i would sell them. also thanks for replying back

  • can you make a portable that you can play on gamboy/ gamboy colour/gameboy advance?

  • onde ta o cartucho ?

  • i want to buy it how much you selling them for

  • can you make me one please joe dog 86 i love the snes

  • Where is the cartrige slot? And that is probably the best portable super nintendo I've seen.
