Shut the fuck up. The world did not realize what had happened during the Khmer Rouge regime? Fuck the world over looked what had happened during the brutal regime. Thank you Vietnam!
i was a kid when i saw this film im already at my fortys i just cnt forget this film it makes me cry and likewise it teaches me how to be a good person this guy is for me is my heroe in my life rest in peace my heroe you are the man that a country should have as a leader rest in peace my friend
Didnt mean to leave out the mention of Haing Ngor, he is a real hero. Shudder to think what all of the survivors of the Khmer Rouge killing machine had to endure to latch on to the basic human dignity and right to live. What darkness this world has seen, and what more is to come.
Dith Pran is one of my life's heroes. Every word of his, his razor sharp directness and simplicity just hits me. An unsung hero, a true inspiration for the betterment of humanity. RIP. Salute you sir.
It's tragic that this story is so little known. If you find a Westerner who knows anything about Cambodia, it's generally because they saw The Killing Fields.
Thank you for posting this video! I have Jewish ancestry, hence I have a deep pull towards the suffering of the Cambodian people under the Khmer Rouge.
