Make profit like VODACOM applicable 2 South Africans. Tell them joke (humor) via YMCA type ad agency that make funny ad like this & show them ball being kicked (sport) & you got customer for life. Then you almost there & can begin rip them off like cell companies have 4 years. Worry not about service, inflate charges much that it becomes impossible for your zombies out there in zombie-land who awake from their stupors & realize they get ripped off, to complain. vodacom is raping us with tariffs. Why do they lie and say its for infrastructure upgrades? Tarrifs are cheaper in african countries. When you phone a call 121 you have to speak to an over friendly robot that takes 20 minutes to get to the consultant. The big 4 cell phone companies are colluding and the consumers are suffering for it. The competition commission reduction in rate was a joke. Rub a nice ad in our face, thanks for your service
