It is a freestyle performed by somebody who has had a lot of practice, I'm sure he's used some of these lines in a variation before which makes his freestyles sound amazing, it's similar to a guitar player using generic chords and making a tune sound good, rapping is an under appreciated art and I'm not even a major rap enthusiast. This guy is no doubt legitimate, awesome.
