Ford really needs to include a telescoping wheel set up. If the cheap Focus gets one then so should this.

@semkiw64 I agree with you on the telescoping wheel. I think it's a design issue that somehow does not make it possible. They put everything else into the package, it would be weird to just not put it in.

@lfagius Honda pilot is a truck based so it will eat more gas and tow more. I think ford is beating japs at there own game. Make them small, more upscale interior, good touch materials and quit interior. I have bought lot of honda products and like the honda quality. However i think ford flex is changing the game.

Listen, I bought my Flex on January 20, 09 and I can't go anywhere without having a long conversation with someone wanting to know what the Hell are you driving Man? So I just give myself a little more time so I can give my daily tours of my Ford Flex. Love it or Hate it she's mine and I Love her!

Bull****. Flex can seat 6 or 7 adults, depending on the seating configuration, with 20 cubic feet of cargo space with the third row seat occupied, and with available all wheel drive. And it gets good gas mileage - as good as the smaller Honda Pilot.

I love the design. Controversial isn't going to hurt it. Until the gas prices hot up and credit mess, it started selling well, especially in California. Then everything went to hell. But it's a neat design.
If it isn't your cup of tea, the Lincoln MKT comes out next summer, and will be previewed in January. Doesn't look anything like the Flex.
