I think it's the Russian pilots error in this crash because the air traffic controller had delayed radar response to aircrafts' position. My opinion is that pilots should obey their TCAS and then inform Air Traffic Control that their TCAS is telling them to take immediate action

What your saying is because there were children on the flight that didn't deserve to die, it doesn't mater about the other mid air collision which was far worse and that killed far more people. Well no, the 71 people on board the Tupolev and the DHL cargo jet didn't deserve to die. However the 349 people on board both the Saudi Arabian and the Kazakhstan airlines didn't deserve to die either, so think about them before making comments like that!

@CrystalIce It's ok to get on a plane most of the crashes were in the 70s 80s and 90s today u have much more of a chance to die in a car crash on the way to the airport then on the plane itself not trying to scare u or anything iv watch hundreds of vid of crashes and i haven't evern worried
