Censortube has been pursuing the goal to get youtube to reform its dmca reporting system. I worry that supporting either side in an ongoing court matter like this one could divide the community and therefore harm its purpose. You would have to post Garys response to this in order to remain truly objective. I feel this campaign is a joint public endeavour so should remain neutral. Speculating on the legal outcome of that case might be best done on our own personal pages.

Actually, I'm not supporting any "side" in this argument, but sadly the DMCA is not the correct tool to use to try and remove content that upsets you. There are laws against harassment and successful legal action has been taken against internet bullies. But the DMCA is the wrong tool, Gary knows this, and if he insists on using it anyway then I consider that part and parcel of the DMCA abuse that this channel was set up to fight against.

You know, people who act like Garry is the main reason why i spend some evenings blinking a flashlight at the sky and hoping that some aliens will come take me away...

He claims innocence until proven guilty on that claim i gather... Im not even going to waste my time researching if he is right or wrong on the actual issue...I just felt perhaps the link to his response to this video could be posted in the sidebar so until such a time as he is proven guilty/innocent of false filing his response is at least fairly posted....If that makes sense...
