I think they did a recall on this, its on their website.

we had the same problem too... the shop where I bough from gave us a new one but had the same problem. we were thinking of buying a vibe but was told that vibe too have lots of problems. maybe we should get our money back and buy a different stroller!

I had ordered my Dash in GB (living in Germany) and in order for the company where I purchased it to actually see which problem I had with the brand new pram I made this video. The problem actually was that the Dash could not be folded; thus I got a replacement.
