Let's get this show on the road folks! Story plots have never been so epic or so realism-defying. Also... WILLY!!

  • So this game is Final Fantasy Adventure // Seiken Densetsu with a hacked title screen?

  • Not hacked. It was released over in the Uk at the very least as Mystic Quest.

  • no more whale's quest? :(

  • Oh, still Whales Voyage. Just going to do two at the same time.

    Don't worry!

  • Thy voice acting is always a real joy to hear. I hope that thou wilt never change it.

  • A bit of trivia for everyone since you didn't really explain: in Japan the series is known as Seiken Densetsu (literally: Legend of the Holy Sword). There are four games so far - the third (informally known as Secret of Mana 2) was never released outside Japan but has actually become fairly popular internationally since a fan translation was made a number of years ago. Seiken Densetsu 4 is a Playstation game known outside Japan as Legend of Mana.

  • Wow, the storyline is so original!!

  • In my opinion this is the only playable FF game, more action oriented and less menus. Good stuff...

  • @txfnero It's only "Mystic Quest" in the UK, here in the states it was known as "Final Fantasy Adventure", and in Japan, "Seiken Densetsu: Final Fantasy Gaiden". Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest is a completely different game.

  • My favorite lp, great work Kikoskia!

  • im glad someone did a lets play of this, when i was younger i always played this along with legend of zelda: a link to the past, i recently got it for an emulator, and the memorys of it were great

  • @txfnero Mystic Quest for the gameboy came out as Final Fantasy Adventure in the US and Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest came out as Mystic Quest Legend in Europe. The SNES game is not the same as the one for the gameboy but they where both published by Square (now Square Enix). That's probably why the logos look the same...

  • Bought this game back in 1993, it was so freaking awesome. Thanks for bringing back memories.

  • Perhaps "Kiko" landed in the river and was carried by the current to his current position? I believe this would mean I need to get a life... eventually...

  • No nooo!!! Save Willy, plz ='(

  • I'm confused. There's Mystic Quest, for the gameboy. And Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest for SNES.... From the looks of them, they're different, but the logos are the same..?..Can someone explain that?
