  • ok, I'm 23 and have been 125-135 since I was 12, how do I gain weight? believe me I can't physically eat enough to get to 150 I'll settle for lean muscle I GUSS sigh....

  • @DavidPennable Some people are blessed with good genes and you are one of those :) To gain lean muscle you need to eat more protein and complex carbs and you have to weight train.

  • I've been trying to diet, because I don't exercize much, but its so god dam hard, i'm almost 17 and need to lose some, but every time i start my freaking parents or friends order pizza -.- or make really good, fat foods that I can't resist, and when I eat pizza i can't even resist to drink a shitload of pepsi after....ugh..., so hard it's like impossible

  • @YOUmommaMUSIX you can do it IF you decide to do it. I lived with firefighters who ate junk all the time, I ate good healthy food. Guess what, They started to eat like me when they saw me losing weight and getting in shape. Be the Example for your family.
