to record with sound go to start menue and go to control panel then
click on sound then make sure you have stereo mix
make sure that is ENABLED ok
now if you dont see stereo mix right click and click on: show disabled devices
then ENABLE it.
then go to camstudio and click on options then click on : record audio with microphone
then go to audio options
then make sure it shows on the top "stereo mix [realtek high definition
then click on OK
now you should be able to record sound/audio in your pc [have a song playin when recording]
and test it.

If you don't have stereo right click and press show disabled devices, and if you don't have disabled devices? HELP US!!
