@MrGrog88 Thanks. Yeah, i did that. It was wonderful. The island was amazing. Those dear were a bit naughty though, chewing my bag and map hahahahaha

@flightattendant01 it is, make sure u have a camera ready for the ferry ride over to miyajima, you can get some beautiful shots of the torri gate

I'm going there in september this year as a class and we're gonna stay with host families..

one of the places we're going to is miyajima island.

i've looked up pictures of it on google and it looks absolutly beautiful

I went there before and went on that same ferry. I call that place Deer Land with its multitude amounts of deer. yeah that place is awesome. A great place to relax

You guys are lucky, both times I've been there, it's been low tide, and the the water wasn't under the Torri, we walked right up to it
