how do i install the update? i downloaded the file (update) on my pc but I just don't know how to get it onto my camcorder.

theres is no zoom in picsio! its just a digital picture enlargement not a zoom

Where did you get the update? Ours has a whining/whistling sound in 1080p and 720p and very noticeable when zooming, otherwise it could be a nice pocket cam.
