Update: There will be a new BioShock, called BioShock Infinite. The year is 1912 and you play Booker DeWitt, who is looking for Elizabeth, who has been imprisoned 15 years ago, in the flying city Columbia. Elizabeth has special powers and Booker must rescue her because evil people will use Elizabeths powers. Here's the trailer:

Yes, when you go to a vent, there is a chance that you must fight a Big Sister. On the last level, you have to fight 2 Big Sisters at once.
