7.62 (like Brigade E5) has the best tactical combat ever made in a game, you get tons of choices, tons of weapons and a wide array of different moves.
The fun part is you retain all the fun of a turn based match with the unpredictability (or sorta of...) of the real time.
Removing action points and adding time seconds it's awesome!

The only draw back is that apart from weapons, objects, combat and inventory the game is nothing of interest, making it a 6 out of 10...
JA2 and Silent Storm are full developed games, E5 and 7.62 are only half-games w a wondefull combat system.

Nothing, it's still in development. 7.62 and JA3 are being developed by different developers and JA3 will be Silent Storm - like. Both JA3 and 7.62 will be realesed in about same time. It's will be rather interesting to see, which of them will be better...but i bet 7.62 ~_^

There is a Brigade E5 - the earlier version of 7.62, in fact. You are probably able to buy it (Brigade E5 : New Jagged Union) at online stores. There was a close beta testing of 7.62, so, sorry, no demo aviable =)
7.62 is going to be released in 2007.
