SHARONVILLE, Ohio (WKRC) -- A Hamilton County judge has ruled a Sharonville abortion clinic can remain open, for now. Clinic officials argued the doors should remain open while it appeals a state health department rule. That rule requires a written agreement with a local hospital in case a patient has to be transferred there. In the past, the rule has been waived because the doctors who practice at the clinic also practice at local hospitals. At this time there is no date set for the appeal hearing.
