This video gets lucky. The glitch is easily reproduced as follows:
1. In dark world move against the cliff and warp
2. Move out of the warp field to the right, charge your sword and tap backwards towards the warp field
3. Link will enter dark world and get forced back to light world
4. while still in the warp field with link flashing, tap ONCE to slightly shift link's position to the right then wait for him to warp back to dark world.
5. Profit.

"The Legend Of Zelda A Link To The Past Glitch" (the latest zelda movie)
almost the same glitch but I'm in the other world, and I jump down from another place ;)

easily the best game EVER :P

@Luciapinkpearl11 No it works fine on GBA without doing any of that stuff.

@mp3me14 first start by getting as close to the edge as you can, then warp to light world. Move a very tiny space to the right so your shield sticks out of the portal. If you warp back to the dark world without getting automatically sent back to the light world, continue from the beginning of this video.

@Xelights If you try using GBA glitches on the SNES version, it usually has a different effect, like Link freezing up.

@downscale Nope, it's real, I swear kuz I have GBA version myself. The ONLY TIME you hear the voice on SNES is when you get hit, and even then it's all rough and muffled like they're trying hard to keep you from ever hearing him.

@bonnes876 Yes except the Save and Quit underground glitch doesn't work on GBA. On GBA, you use that weird mirror thing that makes you freeze up on SNES.
-
@BlackAngels6398 In SNES you only hear his voice when he gets hit by an enemy.

@Linkenfant You can tell kuz of the warp sound
