This video is from the destroyer USS Cushing (DD-985), on station in the Northern Arabian Gulf during the summer of 2002. It seems that all seven passengers onboard were recovered. Note how the tail rotor seems to seize or stop during the approach, causing the body of the helicopter to rotate out of control.
