@PhotographyREVIEW Sorry- was curious about the remote triggering. I have the Nikon TTL Pocket Wizards and am wondering if those (or some other remote triggers) would allow the E-P3 to trigger my Nikon SB-600s and/ro SB-800.
Thanks!

great video

@adwsekdmiaauzuhdkdse Rolling shutter is definitely an issue with video and the Pen cameras. I'm not sure how to quantify how bad it is but it's a real problem. I have shot some snowsports video with the E-PL2 that came out very nice. Smooth, slow pans seem to work pretty well but anything fast and jerky results in some obvious Jello.

@strickmans I wouldn't agree with PhotographyREVIEW there. You can get a great adapter that will allow you to use Olympus' amazing Zuiko lenses with the E-P3
Can pocket wizards be used with the Olympus E-P3?

@Dtufino That's a good question. I will experiment and see. However, you do know that you can use the pop-up flash to trigger another Olympus flash, right? We showed that in this video.

@PhotographyREVIEW Any luck on testing this? I haven't been able to find an answer to this online, so I'd greatly appreciate any feedback!

@jakemckee08 I'm sorry, Jake - what it the question you'd like answered?

You may be able to answer this:
On the specs it says that in AVCHD HD Fine @ 1280x720, you can record 60 progressive FPS @ 17Mbps. But it says that the "sensor output" is only 30fps.
In practice does this mean that if I shoot 720p60fps, I'm not actually getting 60fps? It's important because I want to use it to shoot ski footage and slow it down to 50% in post and still have smooth motion.

@newdimensionfilms As I understand it, 60 FPS interlaced means the camera captures every other line of video information and combines them into one frame. So even though it's capturing 60 frames per second, it's only doing it at half resolution. The bottom line is that it is not actually high-speed video capture. For that you'd need non-interlaced at 60 FPS.
