  • Fred could sing perfectly fine! Keep in mind that he's 73 years old here.

  • I remember reading that Fred Astaire was very dismissive about his own singing abilities, but I always loved listening him sing these great standards. A good many of them he introduced in his early movies. S'wonderful, Mr. Astaire!

  • Tom Hanks reminds me a bit of Lemmon. Known for comedy but then, just for a change of pace, wins an Oscar or two for serious roles.
