The heart energy is the divine feminine within, the goddess aspect of source feminine universal flow that exists within all and is fully actualised within awakened beings who stand in balance. Those who understand the feminine heart energy are able to bring forward the white light of unconditional love to heal others.

i did chakra meditations and experienced this truth unfolding or was intitivley guided, as i got dreams of my heart chakra being blocked and instinctively visualized breathing in white light into my heart chakra, after about twenty minutes i was blinded by white light encompassing my whole field of vision... my eyes were closed, a bolt of intense enrgy flashed through me and i found myself in a state of sheer bliss, like i had never felt or known possible before, from breathing & visualizing !
