I am impressed again. But, I am not surprised. Having used TacMedSol products on operations, I am used to reliable well thought out equipment and dressings.
The OALES modular bandage is the new standard in combat dressings.
I used to carry a mesh laundry bag for casualty effects....I like that the litter can be used as a bag....multiple tasked gear lets me pack lighter.
I will have to get a Phantom litter or two for my deployment back to the Sandbox.
