Cambodia did not prepare for war at this 21st century. Thailand sent Thai troops to invade Khmer lands and Khmer temples right now at the border that leave Cambodia no choice but to defend its self alone again once more just like 500 years ago when Thais were Siam invading Khmer Angkor City without warning.
Cambodia has no modern arm technology like Thailand and there is no other country to train Khmer military like USA training Thai military. But Khmer people are real patriots defending their country Cambodia from Thai aggressors.
