Metallica Nothing Else Matters solo cover

My attempt at playing the classic solo for the "Nothing Else Matters" song by Metallica.

Gear used:
- Ibanez GRX40
- Pod X3 live with the big solo dual tone preset (yeah I haven't played around much at creating my own tones with it yet)

@deyanxakepa1 Hey! I just used the Big Solo dual preset. It's by default on bank 11D. For this cover I used the middle pickup on the guitar however it's supposed to be played with the neck pickup. After doing the cover I realized it sounds pretty good with the Eruption preset too, with the MOD button turned off. This one is not on the banks but you can access it on the folders, under Hi Gain.. you get to these using the first knob under the display panel (X3 live), dunno about the POD bean

Hey, i watched all of your covers (i assume) there are 2 things i want to say/ask

1-)You are cool !!!!

2-)I'm thinking of buying a grx40, but it seems my gear will not be as cool as yours,(pod x3, damn!) so have you ever tried it with an avarage amplifier/effect pedal? If so, how was the performance?

P.S: Have you ever thought of making a Radiohead song cover? I don't know if you listen to them tho

2) I tried the GRX 40 with the Ibanez solid state amp that came bundled with it. It sounded like crap, but the GRX 40 should sound ok as long as the amplifier is also ok! It's a pretty good instrument for the price, but the whammy bar is useless for anything more than light vibrato

I never did any radiohead cover but I like some of their songs... Just.. Karma Police.. Fake Plastic trees... the oldies mostly :)
