Reckless homicide my ass. This was murder. First, you do not engage in extended bondage sessions unless someone is present, and even though most people have a limit one-tenth of what this person did. Second, you never leave your partner unattended. I don't even go into the next room to grab a glass of water unless I can see my partner clearly as I do it.

I agree with kinkykingkal; I thought this sounded like murder the first time I heard it. It's very easy to lose breathing through the nostrils when bound and gagged and the stimulation that goes with it, and for her to just leave him unattended. She either didn't love him that much, or wanted him dead. Take a good guess which.
