I just bought the Extreme dvd (download off the website) and I love it. Awesome format too, lots of quick lessons that get right to the point and are great fun. Thanks for making a great set, I'll be buying the others no doubt.

@MrCoolTre This has 3 notes per beat, the fourth is the 1st note of the next beat. A 4 stroke has 4 notes per beat, the first note of the next beat is not included. You will notice the difference in sound and feel if you play them to a metronome or steady beat.

oh and another thing. a lot of us learned to read music by sounding it out in our heads, so he's calling it "1-trip-let-and" and playin a beat for each sylable. im probably just confusing the hell out of you. sorry

These are 16th note triplets each with the value of an 8th note. (2 parts of a beat) These are not quarter note triplets.
