Consecutive tiger bend push ups - strict form: 4 reps.Strict form: full range of movement,avoid moving body forward and back, not too fast and not too slow,avoid dropping at the end, but leaning gently to the floor like a feather:-)
If you check out my video I think you'll see what I mean, and, although my technique isn't perfect, it's pretty much what TheF0rtress was doing too. I reckon you could easily do 20 when if you have your elbows further forward on the ground. :) I'm no expert, this is just my opinion, but good luck man! :D
Dude, you're pretty damn strong, but I don't think you've got the technique for these quite right. Try having your arms more out in front of you i.e. Roughly have your elbows in line with your head. Otherwise the movement puts way to much pressure on your wrists, and you end up rolling up onto your palms and then pushing up.

That should read elbows in line with shoulders.
