And that's what hounds are about, because they are "experts" at picking up scent and then announcing new arrivals in the neighborhood! It's part of their charm, and Franklin has charm to spare.

Franklin is a typical, goofy adolescent dog, growing quickly into a very fine-looking adult. Lucky for Franklin, we found him as a sick puppy in a shelter. He would not have been adopted in that state, so we decided to take him in.

Franklin loves other dogs and people. In fact he loves to jump up on you and tuck his head between you and your arm. If you are interested in Franklin, keep in mind that he will need a lot of exercise and training.

Very cute! My boyfriend and I just adopted a beagle/foxhound mix named Tucker, and I can definitely see the foxhound n him after seeing Franklin's video. Such an adorable dog, and a very nice tribute :-)
