His video is easy to understand- watch it once just to see the steps and watch it again and do it yourself- and you got it! I watched probably 20 + vidz on youtube and this is the first one that worked for me! So hopefully it works for you!

Also don't forget to extract you cmg file to your desktop so you can find it when it ask you to hash and resign, I forgot that and I was like wtf lol.
