After replacing most of the parts in the magneto and adding a dellorto carb to replace the Gurtner, the moby now runs well.

Looks and sounds very healthy! I am working on mine at the moment; a 1966 Mobylette AV42 - it should be an easy task since it was running a year ago, but then it stood still due to other projects.
Seems to be a pressent ride you've got :)

Brian aplins in bristol, uk has loads of parts.
You can get lots of parts on ebay, but usually massively overpriced, and often of dubious quality.

It sounds great, very quiet! Mine sounded horrible, so its broken down for new crankshaft bearings.

i think i got the same one, just mine is a bit older looking then yours... i do know that it is over 30 years old though.

nice bike, I did the same carb on my 1976 50v but with a 10mm shorty instead of the stock.
