you get your different screaming octaves from how wide you open your mouth how much you constrict the air flow. the more air that comes out, the lower it gets and visa versa. thats what my teacher, Phil Labonte (ATR), told me and he's the shit so. and inhales are people who cant scream properly. and you wont get a fucking disease. most likely, youll fuck up your vocal chords and have to have surgery.
