Undoubtly Ghiaurov, check it out...conducted by Karajan, with Pavarotti, Cossotto and Leontyne Price.

A lot of nuances in Ghiaurov terrific interpretation that Raimondi lacks. BUt still, it is a matter of tastes, everyone has his/her own :-)
