Sure,first what editor do you have?

The quality is good, but you may want to un-check the "Aspect Ratio" button in video properties on the timeline in Sony Vegas. That way the videos will be full screen with no videos. It helps to use the cropping option to increase the resolution of the clip to fit the screen.

You must have Sony Vegas Pro . It's very complicated so I suggest you to watch one of the tutorials on youtube. Just write on search "sony vegas how to hd youtube"

Umm..don't know what you exactly mean. You use fraps for recording and sony vegas for video editing and rendering into suitable format and size.

Oh and the border thing is automatic,because if u look its square and the bigger it gets,the smaller the border.Don't try and modify it(Idk if u can) because the video will be stretched and it will look kinda nasty.....in my opinion

Yeah,I managed to get it to higher resolution. But in order to make it perfect in windowed mode I must have a Widescreen resolution setting. Unfortunately my monitor is not widescreen (because many games still don't support widescreen) . Anyway,it looks better than my old videos which had borders :) .
