Vivek Ranadivé, Chairman and CEO of TIBCO Software, considers the question, "What can you do to prosper and thrive in this changing world?" He offers that a fabulous education equips people to adapt, change and take advantage of the opportunities of the 21st century. Ranadivé asserts that we are moving from the large corporation, where people performed like a robotic marching band in lock-step. Now, he says, the most successful organizations will allow people to improvise while leading them to harmonize—and a good education prepares you to play at your best in this new jazz band.
