Um, Thuy Nga obviously has the copyright to the song. If they didn't, I'm sure the "real" writer of the song could sue Thuy Nga for it, oh wait. the writer of the song is a person that has written many songs for Paris By Night.

lmao, i'm not sure if u even know how the copyright law works and where it works. vietnamese music especially, who the hell sues? if that was the case then we'd have so many cases against thuy nga. if u havent noticed yet, thuy nga used to sing all those war songs just until recently because they found that songs written in vietnam are for the younger generation and it captures more audiences. wow..you're comment is so naive it somehow makes me think i'm talking to a 10 year old kid...
