Temp. 1700 deg.C., 3100 deg.F., Electric, 208 Volt, 3 Phase, 30 KW, Eurotherm model 2404 digital/programmable temp. controller, Eurotherm high limit and a GE "Quickpanel Mini 6" operator interface display. Amp and Volt meters for all 3 phases, all instrumentation along with 4 flowmeters - regulate Purge, Nitrogen, Hydrogen and Inert gas flows into work chamber tube. Horizontal gas sealed for use with Nitrogen / Hydrogen atmosphere. Double wall stainless steel construction with small cooling fan to maintain reduced skin temp., Insulation package uses light weight high purity alumina fiber with low thermal conductivity which allows fast thermal cycling Kanthal Super 1800 molydisilicide heating elements. High Alumina process tube measures 4-1/8" Dia. x 56" overall length. Gas sealing end caps with water cooled gasket. One end has atmosphere inlet, other has outlet pipe with Hydrogen burn-off. Condition: Very Good.
